Dates Hall Needed for Christmas Bazaar
- Relatively small paneled off area needed June 2025 through November 16, 2025 (The workers come in on Tuesdays to work on making products to sell at the Bazaar, but need to leave some of their materials in the small area of the Hall during this period
- Jeff and I will coordinate about making sure there is plenty of room for the Men’s Club Oktoberfest.
- Full Hall needed for set up November 11,12,13,14 — and then for the Bazaar November 15 and 16.
** Rummage work dates: Once a week on Wednesdays -1/7.1/14,1/21.1/28. 2/4. 2/11. 2/18; Set up dates - 2/23 to 3/5: Worker’s pre-sale: 3/4: Sale 3/6 and 3/7 Dates Hall Needed for Rummage
- _For consecutive Wednesdays (January 7, 2026 to February 18, 2026)
- Prep Tuesdays (Jan. 6, 20, 27, Feb. 10, 17)
- For final prep, set up and pre-sale (February 23 to March 5, 2026)
- For two days for the sale (March 6 and 7, 2026)
- For the week after the sale (March 9-13) to pack unsold goods and have them picked up by charitable organizations.
